1. Why you need to download the diagnostic software?

After selecting the diagnostic function, you will need to download the diagnostic software which is compatible with your vehicle, find out the malfunction of your vehicle no matter you select the OBD II, Full Vehicle Modules Scan, Real Time Remote Diagnostics or the Black Box Function. To scan different models of vehicle you need to download different diagnostic software.

When you click on the selected function, it starts to check the version of the software. It will download the diagnostic software that compatible with your vehicle automatically. Please wait patiently if the network is unstable.

The software will be updated automatically when the download finished.

2. Why the VCI firmware need to be updated?

The notification for downloading the VCI firmware always appear when you first use the APP or when there’s a new version released.
